This is so we can add the weight! Some people in the same situation add a nice scent or extra weight of their own.
Yes, you can return your plush toy within 30 days at our expense if you're not satisfied. Send us an email at info@lotgenootje.com with your order number and request a return.
The plush toys can be cleaned by hand. We recommend cleaning them with a damp cloth and, if necessary, a little soapy water. To protect the filling, we recommend not putting the plush toys in washing machines.
This is normal and also occurs with other Lotgenootje cuddly toys. It's due to the improved quality, with the filling and weighting now more evenly distributed. The weighted filling is attached to the inside, which causes the head to sink slightly. You can gently reshape the head by gently pulling and moving it.
First of all, we thankfully almost never receive returns. If this does happen, the plush toy is thoroughly cleaned and then donated. The returned plush toy is therefore not resold to a new customer.
