HOW DO I REGISTER A RETURN?
You can register a return via the following email address: contact@lotgenootje.com. Please state that you would like to register a return and include the email address you used to place your order. After you send your request, our staff will check whether you are eligible for a return shipment. If the return is approved, a shipping label will be sent to you by email. With this shipping label, which must be affixed to the parcel, the package can be handed in free of charge at a DHL point or PostNL point.

Items sent back to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

30-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURNS
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receipt.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
